We hope your order is giving you everything! However, if you are not 100% happy we would love to help!

You can return your order to us within 14 days. 

Also - you have 14 days to notify us if there is a defect, damaged or wrong item received. Please do not delay notifying us so that we can arrange a replacement.

If you would like to return your Strassy order, you are responsible for the delivery costs associated with the item return. We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost item, therefore, we advise you use a recorded method of posting the item back to us. The delivery fee of the item sent for return belongs to the customer.
